Kawir – Kydoimos CD

"Kydoimos" (Κυδοιμός) is the 9th full-length album by the Greek pagan black metal pioneers Kawir, released on April , 2024. 

The title comes from Kydoimos, the ancient Greek personification of the cacophony, havoc, and uproar of battle. Musically and lyrically, the album delves deep into Greek mythology, ancient warfare, and the Iliad. It marked a triumphant return for the band after a five-year gap, following a period where founding member Therthonax overcame serious health issues.
