Nansis – Chaos Veterum Vinyl

Chaos Veterum is the long-awaited debut full-length album from the Swiss band Nansis. After years of demos and underground presence, this album solidified their place in the Black/Death Metal scene. Nansis delivers a sound that is aggressive and dense, leaning heavily into the darker, more visceral side of Black Metal. Unlike the "atmospheric" or "depressive" styles we discussed earlier, Chaos Veterum is more about intensity and chaos. It features a "suffocating" production that perfectly matches its themes of war, alchemy, and ancient darkness.
