Ferriterium – Calvaire CD

Third full-length album by the French black metal project Ferriterium, led by the multi-instrumentalist Raido. It is widely considered one of the standout French black metal releases of the early 2020s. Ferriterium leans into a more traditional, "orthodox" European black metal sound. Calvaire is a massive, high-energy record that balances frantic speed with an incredible sense of melody. It consists of only four tracks, but each is a sprawling epic that averages around 10 minutes in length.
