The album's title and theme are inspired by the classic 1960s–1970s driver's education scare films of the same name, which used graphic footage of car crashes to deter reckless driving. Musically, the record delivers the band's signature blend of old-school brutal death metal, high-speed grindcore, whiplash grooves, and melodic guitar solos.
