"Out of Order" is the 4th studio album by the American thrash metal band Nuclear Assault, released on September 1991, through I.R.S. Records. The album famously captures a turbulent, dysfunctional era for the band, plagued by internal tension, poor communication, and members prioritizing outside solo projects. 

It marks a major turning point in their history, as it was the final full-length record to feature founding bassist Dan Lilker until their 2005 reunion album
